Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking
Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 4 hour, 1 day (24 hour), multi day, and weekly bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
You may change your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time at no extra cost or penalty.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellation Refunds: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation will result in a 50% refund.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
Where will I pickup my rental trailer?
We don't have a brick and mortar store but we offer three pickup/drop off locations for your convenience:
- Spinx Gas Station: 3785 Farrs Bridge Rd. Easley, SC 29640
- Storage Sense: 7916 White Horse Rd, Greenville, SC 29617
- Walmart Supercenter, Outdoor/Garden Parking Lot: 115 Rolling Hills Cir. Easley, SC 29640

What is covered by the damage deposit?
A $150 refundable deposit will be required prior to any rental. This deposit will cover our cleaning fee of $65 IF the trailer is returned excessively dirty, examples: oil, mud, ect., and most minor damages to the trailer or its accessories. We understand wear and tear and accidents happen but we ask that you treat our trailers better than your own and allow us to continue to provide others with exceptional trailers. Trailers will be inspected and inventoried after each rental and then your deposit will be released with a satisfactory inspection. ETR understands that tires get nails, wood decks get scratched, and paint gets minor scratches, that will not affect your deposit, however leaving a ramp or jack on the side of the road, bending an axle from overloading, or hitting a fender at the fuel island will.
Damages exceeding the $150 deposit will be charged to the credit card on file or reported to your insurance company, whichever you choose.
